Our Story

We're Mack and Sara, a family of six back in our hometown. Sara has been baking sourdough for years, and our friends and family kept asking for more loaves than we could give away. So we decided to share it with more of our neighbors.

Every loaf is made in our kitchen with organic flour and a starter Sara keeps alive like a seventh family member. Our four kids help where they can (mostly taste testing). And yes, Goose is our dog, and the head of quality control.

Questions

How should I store my loaf?

Keep it in the bag on the counter for 3 to 4 days. For longer, slice it and freeze. Toast slices straight from the freezer.

What makes it sourdough?

It rises with a natural starter (just flour and water) instead of commercial yeast. The long, slow rise gives it flavor and a gentle tang.

Is it gluten-free?

No. All our bread is made with wheat flour. Check each loaf's ingredients for other allergens.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Yes, until the order deadline. Text us at 423-650-8276 or email agoosebakery@gmail.com and we'll take care of it.
